Full Refund Before the Second Session Students may request a full refund at any time before the second session begins.
Try the First Session Students may attend the first session and then request a full refund. No reason or explanation is required.
No Refund After the Second Session Begins Once the second session has started, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, subject to applicable law.
Exceptional Medical or Emergency Circumstances If a student is unable to continue the course because of a serious emergency, such as a debilitating illness or another exceptional medical condition, the remaining balance will be transferred as credit toward a future course. No cash refund will be issued.
Credit Transfer Is Not a Refund Any transferred balance will remain as credit with the Language Center and may only be used toward an eligible future course.
